We just been allocated to this practice by our previous Owlsmoor surgery because our most loved and respected GP Dr Seddon has retired . We had been with Owlsmoor Surgery for almost 20 years and can not find a fault on them . We were very apprehensive about the new move because of our nasty experiences with one of their previous retired now GP, however so far so good during our dealing with the staff who were very helpful and supportive. I believe once the staff are good every thing else will be good. We are looking forward to seeing our new doctor

I am always happy with the service that is provided by the Receptionists and the GP's. However, it is getting more and more difficult to get an appointment without having to wait for weeks. I tried to call to make an appointment and enquire about test result this morning and the line has been constantly engaged from 09.00 am up until 11.00am so far. I understand that this is an issue about resources and hope that this will be addressed urgently.

This surgery went above and beyond the call of duty to help my daughter recently. I am hugely grateful to the kindness and efficiency of the receptionists and nurse.
